Linda KlingWhile probably best known for her work with the sale of real estate at public auctions, Linda also represents clients in many types of real estate related transactions, including holding real estate settlements, tax free exchanges, the preparation of easements and leases, as well as handling disputes concerning boundary lines, real estate titles, and zoning. In addition to her real estate practice, Linda has helped innumerable clients with their wills, powers of attorney, and the settlement of estates. She has enjoyed the general practice of law in New Holland for 32 years, which has included a broad range of clients from an adoption agency to businesses in the formation of their corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. She has been privileged to serve the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas as a special divorce master and has been appointed by the court to represent the interest of children in contested adoption proceedings. Currently, she serves on the Board of Ephrata Hospital. She previously served as a director on many local boards, including Ressler Mill Foundation, YWCA, Historic Preservation Trust, and for 21 years Welsh Mountain Medical and Dental Center. Linda lives on a farm in Churchtown. |
