Patrick is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations and former member of the James S. Bowman American Inns of Court. Patrick is licensed to practice law in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Patrick has served on the board of trustees for the New Holland Early Learning Center, and presently serves on the board of trustees for the ELANCO public library. 

Patrick, along with his wife, live just West of Leola, and is an avid alpine skier, tabletop wargamer and amateur racer
