After spending three years at a large Philadelphia based firm, Tom co-founded his current practice in New Holland in 2009 where he continued to focus on real estate, estate planning, and estate administration work.  Tom took a hiatus from private practice from 2016 to 2024 to serve as general counsel for a conglomerate of family businesses.  He's now proud to return to his original firm in New Holland and call Ashley, Sam, and Patrick partners at the firm of Glick, Goodley, Deibler, & Fanning, LLP.

Tom and Jill have been married for over 20 years.  They live off of the farm where Jill grew up in Gap with their three children Colin, Owen, and Clara.  Tom and Jill are active members at St. Peter's Church of the Brandywine where Tom serves as a Eucharistic Minister and member of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.  When not practicing law, Tom enjoys playing golf with friends and family, studying golf course architecture, travel, weight training, and cooking.
